  • Early in the morning, we depart from Puerto Natales and set off on a breathtaking journey toward Torres del Paine National Park, located approximately 90 minutes away. The route takes us through the sweeping landscapes of the Patagonian steppe, with chances to spot native wildlife such as guanacos, rheas, foxes, and—if we’re lucky—even condors soaring overhead.

Upon arrival, we enter one of the most iconic and pristine protected areas in the world: Torres del Paine National Park, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for its extraordinary natural beauty and ecological significance.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore some of the park’s most awe-inspiring highlights. We’ll stop at several viewpoints to capture stunning photographs of the Nordenskjöld Lake, with its turquoise waters and dramatic mountain backdrop, and admire the powerful Salto Grande, a thundering waterfall that connects the Nordenskjöld and Pehoé Lakes. One of the most unforgettable sights of the day will be the view of the Cuernos del Paine (the Horns of Paine)—a surreal mountain formation that defines the park’s jagged skyline.

Later, we continue to the Grey Lake viewpoint, where we’ll witness the hauntingly beautiful Grey Glacier in the distance, with floating icebergs dotting the lake’s surface—a powerful reminder of the forces that shaped this landscape over millennia.

As the sun begins to set over the mountains, we make our way back to Puerto Natales, arriving in the evening with hearts full of wonder and memory cards full of incredible images.

Lodging in Puerto Natales - Double or Single Base

    Included Meals: Breakfast, Box Lunch

If you would like to do the full-day tour to Torres del Paine including the hike to the Las Torres viewpoint, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

This iconic trek is one of the most celebrated in Patagonia, taking you deep into the heart of the park through native lenga forests, river crossings, and scenic valleys. The final ascent is a challenging but rewarding climb up a rocky moraine, leading to a dramatic viewpoint facing the park’s most famous landmark: the three granite towers rising above a glacial lagoon.

The round-trip hike covers approximately 20 kilometers and takes about 8 to 9 hours, making it suitable for travelers with good physical condition and a spirit of adventure.

  • After breakfast, the rest of the day is at your leisure to explore Puerto Natales at your own pace.

We highly recommend joining the Balmaceda and Serrano Glacier navigation (not included)—a breathtaking boat trip through the Última Esperanza Fjord. Along the way, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of majestic mountains, dramatic icefalls, and a wide variety of Patagonian birdlife.

This remote section of Bernardo O’Higgins National Park is one of the most captivating regions in southern Chile, where untouched nature and silence create a truly unforgettable experience.

Lodging in Puerto Natales - Double or Single Base

    Included Meals: Breakfast

Optional Excvursion Recommended: Balmaceda and Serrano Navigation

This unforgettable navigation begins in Puerto Natales and takes you through the stunning Última Esperanza Fjord, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and Patagonian wilderness. Along the way, we pass by the historic buildings of the Frigorífico Bories, once one of the largest meat-processing plants in Patagonia.

During the journey, you'll have the chance to spot local wildlife, including a colony of imperial cormorants, a small group of sea lions, and a diverse range of native flora such as coigüe, cinnamon trees, lenga, ñirre, and the emblematic calafate bush.

The impressive Balmaceda Glacier can be admired directly from the boat. To reach the Serrano Glacier, we disembark and take a scenic 20-minute walk along a trail that follows the edge of a small glacial lake—formed by the glacier’s meltwaters.

On the return journey, we’ll enjoy a traditional Patagonian lunch at a local estancia located in the heart of Última Esperanza Bay—the perfect way to round off this day immersed in nature, history, and flavor.

  • After breakfast, we transfer to the bus terminal to take our bus to El Calafate, Argentina.

This scenic journey takes us across the majestic Andes Mountains, through the vast and ever-changing landscapes that connect Chilean and Argentine Patagonia. As we cross the border, we leave behind the fjords and granite peaks of Torres del Paine and head toward the land of glaciers and steppe.

Welcome to El Calafate, the gateway to Argentine Patagonia!

Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel and settle in for the next chapter of this unforgettable adventure.

Lodging in El Calafate - Double or Single Base

    Included Meals: Breakfast

Optional Excursion Recommended: Dinner Experience at Rancho A parte

Rancho Aparte experience will allow you to savor home-cooked meal in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dishes are prepared with local products and a ubiquitous ingredient in homemade food...lots of love!

The menu is accompanied by selected wine pairings from Argentine and Patagonian wineries. Therefore, with each course we respect the aromas and flavors in a harmonious and palatable way. There are four fixed menus; two of them "traditional". They are based on regional cuisine and adapt the local products to a journey of unforgettable flavors. The other two menus are "vegetarians or vegans". They are designed so that those who choose this type of food can also enjoy this experience, where most of the ingredients used are selected from organic farms in the area.

  • Today we dedicate the day to one of the world’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders: the Perito Moreno Glacier.

This glacier, classified as an ice field-type, flows down from the Southern Patagonian Icefield—an enormous mass of ice covering around 22,000 square kilometers, making it the third largest in the world after Antarctica and Greenland.

Thanks to rare and favorable local conditions, Perito Moreno is the only glacier on the planet that still advances and undergoes dramatic rupture cycles. The road takes us right to the glacier’s front, where you’ll be just meters away from its towering ice wall. The deep rumbles of falling ice, the thunderous crashes as massive chunks break off into the lake, and the vibrant blues of the ice create an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Later, we head to Bajo de las Sombras port, where we board a catamaran and navigate across Lago Rico. From the water, you'll enjoy a privileged view of the glacier’s immense face and floating icebergs—an even more striking perspective of this natural wonder.

After this unforgettable day, we return to our accommodation in El Calafate.

Lodging in El Calafate - Double or Single Base

    Included meals: Breakfast

Optional Excursion Recommended: “Minitrekking - Ice Trek"

  • Early in the morning, we board the bus to El Chaltén, the national capital of trekking. The journey takes approximately three hours, during which Lake Argentino and Lake Viedma—with its impressive glacier—take center stage.

From the very start of our trip, we’ll begin to spot the iconic silhouettes of Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre in the distance, rising above the vast Patagonian steppe. Along the way, we’ll observe native flora and fauna, and learn about the region’s unique geography and waterways.

We make a short stop at La Leona Roadhouse, a legendary place where explorer Francisco Moreno was once attacked by a puma. Here, we’ll have time to visit the small museum, grab a coffee, and explore the historic building.

Once we arrive in El Chaltén around midday, the rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the charm of this mountain village at your own pace.

Lodging in El Chalten - Double or Single Base

    Meals: Breakfast

  • We depart from El Chaltén and drive 12 km to Río Eléctrico, the starting point of one of the most iconic treks in Argentine Patagonia. From here, we begin our 17 km round-trip hike along the Blanco River, surrounded by pristine forests of lenga and ñire trees.

After about an hour, we arrive at the Piedras Blancas Glacier Viewpoint, where we’ll enjoy an incredible frontal view of the hanging glacier — a truly majestic sight in the heart of the mountains.

We continue the trail through the forest until we reach Campamento Poincenot. From here, the real challenge begins: a 300-meter ascent over approximately 90 minutes. But the effort is more than worth it — at the top awaits Laguna de los Tres, directly facing the massive central wall of Mount Fitz Roy. It’s one of the most spectacular panoramic viewpoints in the region, offering unbeatable views of the granite towers and turquoise lagoon.

After soaking in the views and capturing unforgettable memories, we break for lunch to recharge our energy.

The return journey includes a stop at Laguna Capri and the Estancia Madsen Viewpoint, two more gems of the region. We expect to arrive back in El Chaltén around 5:00 p.m., fulfilled and inspired by the beauty of Patagonia.

Lodging in El Chalten - Double or Single Base

    Meals: Breakfast, Box Lunch

  • The rest of the day is free, and we highly recommend taking the scenic hike along the Cerro Torre Trail. This spectacular trail winds through lenga forests, peat bogs, and open shrublands, offering stunning views at every turn.

After a gentle but steady trek, we arrive at Laguna Torre, a serene glacial lake nestled at the base of towering moraines. On its western shore, Glaciar Grande descends from the mountains, often releasing icebergs that drift slowly across the lagoon, pushed by the ever-present Patagonian wind.

The view is truly awe-inspiring: the slender, needle-like Cerro Torre, standing at 3,128 meters, rises dramatically into the sky, flanked by the jagged peaks of the Adela Range. This is one of the most iconic and photogenic landscapes in Patagonia.

After spending time at the lagoon, soaking in the silence and scenery, we hike back to El Chaltén along the same trail, arriving in the afternoon with unforgettable memories etched into our hearts.

Lodging in El Chalten - Double or Single Base

    Meals: Breakfast, Box Lunch

  • We can take this free day to explore the charming town of El Chaltén — visit its picturesque chapel, stroll through its quiet streets, or enjoy a relaxed coffee with views of the surrounding peaks. For those seeking a bit more adventure, we recommend an optional visit to Lago del Desierto, a stunning glacial lake surrounded by forests and mountains, known both for its beauty and its historical significance during the border dispute between Argentina and Chile.

In the early or late afternoon, depending on your preferences, we return by bus to El Calafate, bringing with us the unforgettable images of the mountains and trails of El Chaltén.

Lodging in El Calafate - Double or Single Base

    Meals: Breakfast

Optional Excursion Recommended: Nativo Experience, Lakes and Caverns with Dinner

It is an excursion in 4×4 along the coast of Lake Argentino. Ideal for the day of arrival or departure, it has an anthropological approach, making a tour at the time about the passing of man in these lands, rediscovering the stories of the first expeditions and daring that ventured into the unknown. Between the cliffs and overlooking the Andes Mountains, the excursion focuses on the first contacts of those expeditionaries with the natives, and then enter the Tehuelche world.

On the banks of the lake are the caves where thousands of years ago that culture left its marks on the rock and that today induce us to its interpretation. Finally, the excursion culminates in another cave where lunch or dinner is included that will transport us to those remote years.

  • At the indicated time, we transfer to El Calafate Airport (FTE), where our services come to an end. We hope you take with you unforgettable memories of your Patagonian adventure.
